How do you start your day? Do you get up and start running? I used to. It made me feel drained by the time it was 4 PM. I felt like I needed to change some things. Now I start my day slow: with tea, a meditation and some writing. I'm still not a morning person, but I'm not tired at 4 PM anymore.
