"I must have been 4 years old, when I had my very first encounter with fat shaming." Yes, I was this young when body insecurity introduced itself in my life. Today I'm 29 and I am proud of my body, but it took a rocky road to get here. Sharing my personal story might help empower others in their body positivity journey and I hope talking openly about this subject will prevent future generations to unnecessarily feel like shit about something as amazing as their natural body.
How do you start your day? Do you get up and start running? I used to. It made me feel drained by the time it was 4 PM. I felt like I needed to change some things.
